Davini may review justified price guarantee requests for identical products when the request is submitted before order fulfillment is completed.
General conditions
- the compared product must match in model, dimensions, material, and finish,
- the lower price must be publicly visible and verifiable,
- the comparison must refer to a currently available product from an authorized seller,
- the request must be sent before final dispatch or collection.
Exclusions
Clearance sales, outlet items, custom-made products, bundle offers, coupon-based promotions, and temporary marketplace listings may be excluded from price guarantee review.
How to request a review
Send the product link, proof of the lower price, and your Davini order details to customer support so the request can be reviewed individually.
